Burke Body Shop offers a full range of classes and PT packages, catering to all lifestyles, individual needs and abilities. Any movement can be adapted from beginner to professional athlete so no matter what background or experience you may have, there is always something for everyone.

Outlined below is a description of each of the classes we have to offer:

     Free your body

This class focuses on movement, mobility and rehabilitation work. It may be a slower pace, but don’t let that fool you! This class is suitable for everyone and provides excellent benefits to the body and mind.                  


     Back to Basics

Suitable for all levels, this class focuses on fundamental movements using light weights and resistance bands. Here you will learn how to perform movements correctly to ensure your body achieves optimum benefit and results.


      Strength & Conditioning

This class focuses on strength building exercises, using heavy weights and lower repetitions to test your abilities. Each class finishes with a round of conditioning to ensure that the focus area has been well and truly worked.


       Strong man/woman

Not for the faint hearted this class is aimed at those with more experience and a higher fitness level who want to push themselves to the maximum! It involves a combination of heavy lifting and hybrid workouts that will push you to your limits.


       The Punisher

This class is a blend of spin and weight training. A high intensity metabolic conditioning class designed to improve cardio vascular fitness while toning muscle.


       Kalorie Killer

What is says on the tin! This class aims to burn those calories through bootcamp style workouts – fast paced, minimum rest and maximum calorie burn guaranteed.


       Cardio Abs

A combination of cardio vascular training and ab work, this class involves spin, skipping, body weight exercises and challenging ab sets.


       Spin

Spent on a spin bike, classes range from building strength and power to a fast paced calorie burn. Guaranteed to build fitness levels and strengthen the lower body.


       Circuits

Fast paced and high intensity – you will move through a series of stations for an overall full body workout in a short space of time.


       Boxing

Suitable for everyone as each movement is adapted for all levels, with a focus on technique and building skills – an excellent cardio session for the whole body.
