Recovery Room
BBS Recovery and Wellbeing teaches you how to implement calm and focus into your daily life. This is done through various elements of recovery and relaxation, including:
- Breathing and mindfulness
- Cold water emersion
- Barrel Sauna
- Ice bath
- Hot tub
We currently run sessions from 7pm - 8pm on Wednesdays and Sundays

How the experience works
During this one hour experience you will be guided through some breathing techniques proven to help calm your body, creating mental awareness and focus. You will begin the recovery circuit with the cold shower emersion, lasting between 30 seconds and 2 minutes. You will then move on to the sauna at 80°-100° for 20 minutes before taking a plunge in our 0° ice bath for 2 to 5 minutes. The circuit then ends with 15 minutes in our 40° hot tub for the ultimate relaxation.
